The Process
The Process
We follow an easy seven-step plan to implement CURSD and set us up for continual improvement.
1
ENCOUNTER
A member of your technical team and I go for a casual coffee to discuss your business. We establish CURSD’s suitability for your business.
2
VISIT
We visit your office and review your current resources and how they are commonly used. This includes existing spreadsheets, technical notes and software. This step typically occurs entirely on-site to assure you that none of your data leaves your doors.
3
PLAN
You receive a business plan and proposal for your review and feedback. This includes how CURSD understands your business and how your distribution of the CURSD program needs to be customized to meet your needs. The plan also includes any legal agreements between CURSD and you that need to be established. We set some KPIs based on our value promise of 15 minutes of engineering time saved per engineer per day.
4
DEMO
We present your new customized edition of CURSD to your engineers. We collect any feedback to polish your edition of CURSD before rollout.
5
DECIDE
All the above work is performed gratis. Yes, including making the your customized edition of CURSD.
The decision is now made whether the customized edition of CURSD is right for you and if it delivers the 15-minutes of time-saving per-engineer per day. If so, we proceed with rollout and payment. If not, your edition of CURSD is archived for you to later decide if you would like to roll it out.
6
ROLLOUT
Your edition of CURSD will be made available to download via the Microsoft Store. It will only be available to the engineers in your company and verified via email sign-in. Payment for CURSD is made in advance in one month blocks. It is possible to discontinue the subscription and later renew some months after. We will spend a day on- site training your engineers and demonstrating how the CURSD software should be used and integrated into the design process on actual projects. It’s good to book this on a day that you have a real project ready to work on so we can see CURSD in action.
7
CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT
As long as your subscription is active, you will continue to receive updates and new features. At CURSD, we are committed to continue deliver the 15 minutes of efficiency to each engineer per day, as a minimum. You have access to a Microsoft Loop dashboard where you can keep track of development, submit feature requests and report bugs.
Since there are no long-term lock-in contracts, we have a clear incentive to continue delivering value to your business.
